Terms and Conditions for Users wanting to list their Campervans on KoolCampers.co.uk

The registered account holder and user of the Kool Campers system is referred to as the "the User"

The Kool Campers portal system is referred to as the "the Site"

The Kool Campers portal system is run by BnBSelect.com Ltd

Kool Campers provides the User with an account accessed via a username and password.

The User is wholly responsible for the accuracy of the information published within the User's account.

When the User adds content to their account on the site, the User acknowledges that the material (text , graphics and photos) has not been copied or is in breach of copyright. Kool Campers cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the User.

Kool Campers accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information published within the User's account on the Site, or for any action brought against the User for breach of contract by the person or people hiring the campervan.

Kool Campers shall not be liable to the User for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of the Site, or the inability to access or use the Site.

In no event shall Kool Campers be liable to the User for any business or consequential loss, including, without limitation, loss of income or revenue or damage to profits, wasted employee time or business goodwill.

Kool Campers will not be liable to the User in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software held on its servers.

The User acknowledges that the Kool Campers service may from time to time be unavailable due to computer breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, internet connection problems or other causes outside Kool Campers control.Kool Campersk agrees to rectify any such problems as soon as reasonably practicable, but makes no warranty in respect of how long this may take.

The User agrees to indemnify Kool Campers against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by Kool Campers arising out of any breach by the User of any of these terms and conditions of use.

Kool Campers provides the User with an account accessed via a username and password. At all times, the User must ensure that the password is kept confidential. You must notify Kool Campers immediately if you become aware of any suspicious or unauthorised use of your account. If you fail to keep your password confidential you may be held liable for any losses resulting from inappropriate use of the account.

The User agrees to visually maintain the bookalet branding at the foot of any published rate card, availability calendar, booking or enquiry form. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the account.

These terms and conditions and your use of the Site are governed exclusively by English law and any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and your use of koolcampers.co.uk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
